Concurrently, Damarc Trucking has acquired the haulage business of Henry’s Haulage Services (HenKas Group). The three-way combination creates the second-largest port haulage operation in Jamaica and establishes a new benchmark for integrated logistics in the country.

The combined entity brings together Avalon’s warehousing management capabilities, Damarc’s thirty years of port haulage expertise, and the operational capacity of the HenKas fleet — forming a single, integrated fulfilment and logistics network capable of delivering an end-to-end solution: from port, to warehouse, to door, under one provider. This level of fully integrated logistics coverage has not previously existed in Jamaica.
